CAMPS:​​​ Our camps are half day camps from 9 am – 12 noon, Monday – Friday and 1 pm – 4 pm Tuesday – Friday. We also have full day camps for 1, 2, and 2.5 days. Camps that are 2.5 days, begin with a half day on Monday. Cost: half days; $165 – $230; full days; $95 – $230.  If campers miss time from camp, they will not have time to complete all projects. All camps are Drop-Off.

MATERIALS: Materials are needed on the first day of camp. You can view the material list for each camp by clicking the Materials List button. JoAnn Fabrics, Hobby Lobby and Walmart (Pineville- Matthews Road), will have what you need. Please let us know if you have any questions.

CAMP + MATERIALS: We understand that shopping for sewing materials can be fun, but it can take a lot of time. With this in mind, we have several camps that have all materials included and we have the option of “Camp + Materials”. If you prefer this option:

  • Register for camp early. This option is limited and expires 2 weeks before the first day of camp.
  • Select the option of “Camp + Materials” when you register.

​PAYMENT / REGISTRATION: We encourage secure online payments for camp registration. Full payment is required to reserve a space in summer camp. If you forget to make the payment to complete registration and a credit card is NOT on file, by 8:00 pm, registration will be canceled.

NO REFUNDS: All payments are non‐refundable and non‐transferable. A credit will be given towards a future camp, party, event, class, etc.

DISCOUNTS: We offer 3 discounts. Our discounts may not be combined.

  • Early Bird: 10% off if camp if purchased by 3/1/20.
  • Multiple Camp: 10% off if more than one camp is (siblings/multiple camps) purchased at the same time.
  • Friend: 10% off camp if camps are purchased on the same day. To receive this discount, parents should enroll in the camp and add a credit card. Then, contact us ​so that the discount can be made before the payment is processed at 8:00 pm.

MEDICAL: For your child’s safety, please provide detailed information on our Registration Form regarding all medical conditions (allergies, diabetes, behavioral and developmental; such as ADHD, autism, etc.). We require all children who are prescribed an epi-pen, inhaler, or diabetic monitor to carry it with them at all times.

BREAK / SNACK: We will have a break/snack time during each camp. Please send a “nut free” snack with juice or water. Please be sure your “nut free” snack is in the original package.

DROP-OFF / PICK-UP: All camps are drop-off. Our drop-off time is no more than 10 minutes before camp. We arrive early to organize and prepare materials for campers and we have 1 hour between the am and pm camp, to prepare materials and have lunch. With this in mind, we are not available to supervise campers more than 10 minutes before camp begins. Our pick-up time is no more than 5 minutes after camp. Parents will be charged an additional fee if campers are dropped off or picked up more than 10 minutes early/late. $15 (11 – 29 minutes) and $25 (30 – 45 minutes.)

FASHION SHOW: We will have a fashion show (except 1 day) on the last day of camp  to “show off” our campers hard work! Please plan to join us at 11:45am or 3:45pm.​​
